Despite Bond’s being undeservedly so behind in the voting at 4th place, there is a way for Bonds to make it to the All-star game. If Tony larussa the manager of the all-star game makes Barry Bonds the reserve. There is speculation right now that he probably will do that. His decision won’t be till Sunday. Gwynn and Cal Ripken are backing his support too.

I hope Tony Larussa does it. The guy is 42 years old, he constantly is getting on base or getting hits in almost every game. They are right in San Francisco and Bonds is one of the greatest all-stars ever. It would be a tragedy if he didn’t get to go to the All-star game this year.

Bochy has also spoken support for Randy Winn and Bengie Molina. I definitely see a case for Bengie Molina. Randy Winn, I’m not sure as there is a lot of good outfielders out there in the league, but I don’t follow the other teams like the Giants.
