Well last night I went to the game in left field. During the 5th inning all the sudden I see a young girl(maybe 20) walking fast towards Bonds. Right behind her the security ran towards her and grabbed her(not aggressively more like a lead away) to lead her off. She approached bonds and bonds quickly shook her hand. I was in total shock seeing her run on the field. She seemed to be smiling as they escorted her away.

The funny part about it also was the fact the cop, you know the one who now is there as a result of the original incident of the guy walking on giants field, didn’t move a muscle. He hugged the wall and watched. Now I realize his job may not be to chase them down or it was a girl, but what if that was a guy or the girl was some nut? The cop looked like Joe Pesci, sorry but I had to heckle the hell out of that cop afterwards. I made sure he got an earful.

In other thoughts, it’s great to see the Giants win 6 in a row making it now 11 of their last 13 being wins. Last winning streak I was suggesting it was most likely all in vain(most were considering they were 15+ games back then), the Giants luck has seemed to always go the other teams way all season. But now who knows though, they are so red hot for so long, they just might pull it off. I know its a long shot, but who knows, I’m willing to believe in miracles after seeing so many Giant wins all the sudden.

I’m not suprised about the laxed security at any baseball stadium. When I went to see the Braves up in Philadelphia, I was suprised that at Citizens bank Park (the Phillies home field), they didn’t even do a simple body check on people walking in to the park.

You bring up another good point. I also noticed there is no metal detectors at these games. What is up with that? They check bags but it’s San Francisco, it wouldn’t be hard to conceal a gun and no one would notice since many dress warm, EVEN in summer.
