In my last blog post I said the pitching on the giants was great and that the problem was the hitting. I learned last night the pitching on the Giants was the 2nd lowest ERA in the national league! The last few days the hitting has now taken off and now the Giants are winning almost every game. Pitching is the most important component of a championship winning baseball team. If Giants hitters can keep doing at least an O.K job with their excellent pitching the Giants have a good shot at clinching the playoff position.
