In a rare apperance Condi Rice was at AT&T park along with willie mays near home plate watching the Giants game in her Giants uniform. The giants win the 3rd game to sweep the Houston Astros 9 to 1.

Russ ortiz pitched his first game back for the final inning. Barry bonds was not playing today which was surprising. However, I believe it’s so he can get 2 days rest in a row since thursday there will be no game. He had been playing many games straight because he had DHed over the weekend.

Next game is friday against the colorodo rockies at 7:15 at home in AT&T ballpark.
